Bespoke Swimming Pools were tasked with bringing an old pool back to life with a full refurbishment in Brentwood, Essex.

This home in Brentwood already had a pool, but it was in need of a major upgrade to modernise it and give it a stylish, new look.

We’ve transformed this 13m x 5m pool from old and unloved, to a place the owners can enjoy whatever the weather, or time of day.

And with the new air handling unit in place, (look for the grills on the floor) they’ll not have water dripping down the windows anymore – it’ll be clean and dry, ready to just be enjoyed.

The wall of windows gives a wonderful view of the beautifully landscaped gardens, bringing the outside in. If you’re in the garden and take a peek in, you’ll only want to jump straight in too!

The walls have been brightened up with white, to really keep it light in there – it’s amazing when the sun is shining, but also very light on overcast days too. Plus at night, the pool lights give it a stunning look.

This pool room now has, sleek, eye-catching iridescent, oily-look tiles in the pool (‘Metal Lava’), a stunning new, grey slate flooring (dark grey slate porcelain), new steps and in-pool lighting.

We also built this client an extension to house a beauty room, alongside adding a steam room and toilet. Behind the scenes we took care of, new pipework – the client requested black, removed the auto cover and installed an air handling unit – to remove moisture in the air and bring warm air in!
