Title & Payment

Title of goods shall not pass until payment has been received in full.

Payment terms are as printed on the estimate/quote, other payment terms may be agreed in individual circumstances and will be confirmed in our written order confirmation.

Booking-in payment is non-returnable after agreed start dates and/or fourteen days after receipt of payment.

Estimates & Quotes

Any work carried out in addition to the original estimate/quote will be charged at the discussed and agreed amount.

Estimates/Quotes are valid for a period of 3 months from issue. After receipt of a firm order, prices are guaranteed as fixed for 3 months.

Whilst we can estimate/quote on the customer’s drawings and findings, we are not architectural and planning experts.

Customer-Supplied Information

Problems resulting in inaccuracy of drawings or dimensions supplied by the customer shall not become our responsibility. Any additional work or time taken as a result shall be chargeable.

Programme & Start Dates

Bespoke Swimming Pools Ltd will endeavour to start the works on the agreed start date, however, due to extreme weather conditions, the start date might have to be moved to the next available window of opportunity.

Any delays incurred by Third Parties shall be charged at the daily rate of £500+VAT (20%).

Ground Conditions & Sub-base

We will discuss with the customer the possible ground makeup and estimate the agreed outcome of those discussions. Where sub-base preparation is required on clay soils, this forms part of our standard construction methodology and is priced and specified accordingly, it does not constitute an assurance against unforeseen ground movement.

Any unforeseen ground conditions encountered during works, including but not limited to subterranean buildings, obstructions, water ingress, or ground collapse, may result in additional costs. As such conditions cannot always be identified prior to excavation or in advance of works commencing, exact pricing for any remedial works can only be confirmed once the affected area has been exposed and assessed.

Materials & Natural Movement

Minor shrinkage and hairline cracking arising from natural weather conditions and seasonal temperature variation are considered normal characteristics of the materials used and are not covered under warranty.

Site Access

Whilst we will endeavour to maintain the entry and exit points to their existing condition, it is inevitable that some signs of disturbance will occur. We will of course remedy this after construction has been carried out.

Refurbishment Works

All services provided by Bespoke Swimming Pools Ltd are subject to our standard guarantee, covering both workmanship and materials. Our workmanship guarantee is valid for a period of one year from completion and does not extend to the natural ageing, weathering, or wear of materials over time. Additional coverage may be offered through manufacturer warranties. However, we are not responsible for guarantees or warranties related to pre-existing workmanship, structures, or materials involved in refurbishment projects. Clients are advised to address any warranty concerns with us prior to commencing repair or maintenance work.

Marketing

We reserve the right to publish photographs of a client’s project on our website and for promotional purposes.
