EXCAVATION & GROUNDWORKS
Guide project pricing based on a level site, with the excavation approximately 1m wider than the finished pool.Excavated spoil is retained on site.

Excavation & Spoil
- Excavation: £120 per m3 - based on excavating the pool and retaining the spoil on site.
- Muck Away: approximately £400 per lorry load, where removal of excavated spoil is required.
- Final muck-away costs: subject to the quantity of spoil, site access, haulage requirements and disposal charges.
Note: The number of loads isn't necessarily just the excavation m3 divided by the lorry's stated capacity. You can get differences due to how much the soil bulks up once excavated, the type of material, and the particular wagon being used.

- All prices shown are intended as a guide only, based on our most popular pool sizes and specifications.
- All pools have a minimum depth of 1.2m to the water line.
- Final project costs will depend on site conditions, access, specification, finishes and optional features selected.
- Items marked POA (Price On Application) are quoted following an initial site assessment.
