Bespoke Swimming Pools were called to a property in Putney, South West London – the design brief, clear and concise.

The client requested a swimming pool that did not devour nor overpower the entire outdoor space.

Bespoke Swimming Pools took instruction and positioned the new install to one side of the garden, adjacent to the perimeter fence and in-line with the glass sliding doors to the property, leaving significant space remaining in the garden.

With this concept still in minds-eye, Bespoke Pools framed the swimming pool with a ‘two slab width’ paving surround/border. Porcelain Stone is featured here, but you’ll notice how framing the swimming pool in this way has barely added to enveloping more of the remaining garden.

Furthermore, it was client requisite that the new swimming pool installs operate efficiently – keeping running costs to an absolute minimum, including exorbitant and unnecessary chemical consumption.

Bespoke Swimming Pools, in full acknowledgement of this requisition, installed the environmentally efficient, extended-season air source heat pump. An install such as this will reduce energy consumption and keep subsequent billing to a minimum.

Furthermore, a Certikin Coverstar safety cover was also installed, not only due to its safety benefits but to further enhance the swimming pools operating efficiency. A cover as efficient as this will retain the heat of the swimming pool, lessen water evaporation, and wield chemical use. Therefore, guaranteeing minimal heat, water and chemical loss to the atmosphere.

A natural and neutral grey, mosaic-tiled swimming pool with corner steps that mark both entrance and exit, complete with a shallow and gradual sloping deep end reaching a total depth of 1.8m.

An elegantly modern constructed swimming pool design and build. And, yet another private/domestic project undertaken by Bespoke Swimming Pools that eclipsed the very expectations of its client.
